Workshop Description
Spend a relaxing morning exploring the beauty of roses through watercolour. In this beginner-friendly workshop, you'll create a collection of small rose studies while learning simple techniques for painting petals, leaves, colour, texture and detail. By breaking the rose into manageable sections, you'll discover that botanical painting is far more approachable than it looks. Whether you're completely new to watercolour or looking to build confidence with floral subjects, you'll be guided step-by-step through the process. You'll leave with a deeper understanding of how roses are constructed, several completed studies, and techniques you can continue using in your own artwork. Students will receive: *Personalized assistance from an experienced botanical artist. *pre-made templates to paint on. *worksheets with helpful tips and visuals to guide your work. *A fresh rose to work from and to keep as a gift! *All materials provided- no need to bring anything with you. Just come along. *Light refreshments available throughout the workshop. * A lovely morning spent with like-minded people learning how to get better results from your watercolours.

Cancellation Policy
Fees must be paid in full at the time of booking. Please notify us at your earliest convenience if you are no longer able to attend the class for any reason. Cancellations made a week or more before the scheduled class date will be refunded whenever possible. In the case of a refund not being possible then the class fee will become credit for a future workshop. Another option is to gift your class space to friend or loved one- your booking is fully transferrable. If you are absent on the day without any notice given we are not obligated to provide any refunds or transfers. We make every effort to run every single class we schedule. However, in the event that a class is cancelled due to reasons outside of our control students will be notified via email as soon as possible and entitled to a full refund or credit.
