Lauren Sahu-Khan AKA Lauren May SK is an artist and illustrator specialising in natural history/botanical art in watercolours. All pieces are designed and created by hand by Lauren and are available for purchase in the following ways:

1) Online releases

Online releases on Lauren’s website happen periodically. Lauren’s mailing list subscribers are the first to learn about online releases and are notified when they go live. Join Lauren’s mailing list here to be informed about upcoming releases.

2) Private commissions

Lauren is currently accepting commissions. Please contact Lauren here if you are interested in commissioning an original, custom made artwork. (Please note: the artwork you desire must be within Lauren’s scope of practice for the commission to be accepted. Eg. Lauren does not paint family portraits, landscapes, abstracts etc.)

3) Exhibitions

Upcoming exhibitions are announced via Lauren’s website homepage, blog posts, subscriber emails and also via Lauren’s emails and social media channels. Artwork sales are managed by the venue/hosts of each exhibition unless stated otherwise. Please contact Lauren here if you are unsure of how to make a purchase.

Shipping Policy: 

​

Free domestic and international shipping on all originals purchased through Lauren May SK’s website directly unless stated otherwise.

Items delivered outside of Australia could be subject to import duties and taxes. These are charged at the destination and are the responsibility of the individual receiving the goods. Please contact your local customs office for further details before ordering if you are concerned.

All original artwork is packaged by hand with the utmost care either by Lauren herself or by specialist artwork couriers. If you would like to purchase insurance on your original artwork during shipping please contact us immediately after purchase to make arrangements.

Prints are made to order and shipped directly from our trusted print suppliers. In the unlikely event that your print does not arrive in a satisfactory condition please let me know as soon as possible with photo evidence of damages. I will arrange for refunds/reprints where possible to do so.

​

We are unable to ship your artwork again for free if your parcel was uncollected from your local post office, the provided address was incorrect or customs/import duties were not paid.

​

Items are declared at purchase value for exporting and under no circumstances will documents be falsified.

Returns and liability:

All original artwork purchases are final. Refunds are not offered on original artworks.

​

If there is an issue with your artwork upon arrival please get in touch as soon as possible about your concerns. I will do what I can to resolve the issue with you.

Prints and other product purchases (such as greeting cards) may be eligible for refund/reprint in the unlikely event that they arrive in unsatisfactory condition. In such an event please let us know as soon as possible with photo evidence of damages.

 

Prints and other products sold by Lauren May SK may not be refunded for 'change of mind'. ​

All product descriptions are clear and concise. It is not our duty to compensate customers who do not read the information provided before purchasing. This applies to any and all public pages within laurenmaysk.com.au.

Lauren May SK does not take liability for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products within the care of customers.

Copyrights

All copyrights remain with the artist. No reproductions of any artwork or imagery created by Lauren May SK may be made without a licensing agreement with Lauren May SK.
