Spend a rewarding day immersed in the beauty of botanical watercolour as you create a detailed, realistic rose painting under the guidance of botanical artist Lauren May SK. Designed for students with some prior watercolour experience, this workshop will take you beyond the basics and help you develop the techniques needed to achieve greater realism, depth and detail in your floral paintings. Through step-by-step instruction and personalised guidance, you'll learn how to build luminous colour, create convincing form, and capture the delicate character of a rose. Working from a fresh rose specimen, you'll complete a beautiful botanical study while gaining practical skills and insights that you can continue applying to your own artwork long after the workshop. Whether you're looking to refine your technique, build confidence with botanical subjects, or simply enjoy a day dedicated to painting, this workshop offers a supportive and inspiring environment in which to grow your skills. Cancellation Policy
Fees must be paid in full at the time of booking. Please notify us at your earliest convenience if you are no longer able to attend the class for any reason. Cancellations made a week or more before the scheduled class date will be refunded whenever possible. In the case of a refund not being possible then the class fee will become credit for a future workshop. Another option is to gift your class space to friend or loved one- your booking is fully transferrable. If you are absent on the day without any notice given we are not obligated to provide any refunds or transfers. We make every effort to run every single class we schedule. However, in the event that a class is cancelled due to reasons outside of our control students will be notified via email as soon as possible and entitled to a full refund or credit.
